There is a 3 step process to join Valley Forge Pack 81 for K-5th boys and girls:

1. Register with Chester County Council - Council dues are $155, split between $85 National Scouting American membership fee and $70 for the local Chester County Council program fee.  There is an optional Scout Life Magazine subscription for $15.

2. Register with Valley Forge Pack 81 -  Pack 81's requires families to fill out a Google Form to collect more contact information, t-shirt size for your scout, etc.  This step is important for your family to be added to our Google Groups for emails!

3. Pay your Annual Valley Forge Pack 81 Dues  - $75 annual dues* per scout pays for your scout's orange Class B shirt, advancement material, and den supplies. *Subject to change for the 2026-2027 season.

Unfortunately, your scout cannot sell popcorn online without the formal registration with council (including any families whose registration expired over the summer).  Expired registrations can be updated by going to https://my.scouting.org/
